MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES

1.a) This membership agreement is made between BALONHOME (hereinafter referred to as "BALONHOME") and the "member"; It contains the conditions for the member to benefit from the services offered on the website www.Balonhome.net, which operates within BALONHOME.

1.b) With BALONHOME, the “member” is individually a “party”; shall be jointly referred to as "the parties".

SUBJECT OF THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
2.a) The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the general terms of use, rules, terms of use of the member and legal responsibilities of the www.Balonhome.net website owned by BALONHOME.
2.b) Pursuant to this Membership Agreement, the Member wishes to become a member of the electronic commerce platform www.Balonhome.net managed by BALONHOME and purchase the products and/or services sold in the Virtual Store on this platform.
2.c) In order to establish a contractual relationship between the parties, the Member must fill in the information requested from the member on the www.Balonhome.net website, enter the password he/she will determine and give the specified approvals and permissions. If there is any deficiency in the membership information, the member can call BALONHOME's customer services or update the membership information on the website. Otherwise, by approving this agreement, the member accepts that BALONHOME has no liability.
2.d) The Member declares that the personal and other information he/she provides while becoming a member of the www.Balonhome.net website is correct; accepts and undertakes that BALONHOME has no liability if the information is not correct. The Member who does not provide accurate and up-to-date information when filling out the Membership Agreement in question is personally responsible for all damages that may arise for this reason.
2.e) If the member wishes to initiate any legal action or purchasing process regarding the products and advertisements viewed on the website, he/she is obliged to fulfill all necessary legal obligations and legal procedures, including those on the website, such obligations and accepts and declares that BALONHOME has no knowledge or responsibility regarding the procedures.
2.f) All credit card and debit card transactions and approvals made by Members on the www.Balonhome.net website are carried out online between the relevant Bank, Credit Institution and/or Payment Service Providers and the Members. 2.g) The Member declares that he/she accepts and undertakes to act in accordance with the provisions of this Membership Agreement, all conditions stated on the website, current legislation and rules of ethics in the transactions and correspondence carried out on the website. The member bears all legal and criminal liability for the transactions and actions he/she carries out within the website. BALONHOME may share the Member's information with the authorities upon request by the competent authorities in accordance with the legislation in force.

2.ı) Each member can have a single account. If it is determined that a member has more than one account, it is at BALONHOME's sole discretion to close and/or freeze the fraudulent accounts without notifying the member; This issue is accepted and undertaken by the member. The earnings of the member who tries to gain from the system with more than one account will not be protected, and if the violation occurs more than once, BALONHOME reserves the right to take other legal actions, including removal from membership, as the relevant violation will be a fundamental violation of the membership agreement.
2.j) Entering this website means accessing the site or the information and other data on the site, programs, etc. BALONHOME is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise due to its use, breach of contract, tort or other reasons. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

BALONHOME will take all necessary measures to ensure that the personal data in question is stored securely and to prevent unauthorized access and unlawful data processing in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The member has the right to exercise the rights he has on his personal data in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and to make changes or updates to these data at any time.

The determination of force majeure will be assessed and determined in accordance with the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and Civil Code No. 4751. The party exposed to force majeure cannot be held responsible for its obligations that are prevented or delayed as a result of force majeure, and this cannot be considered a violation of this Membership Agreement.
6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
6.a) From the moment the member completes the registration process, he/she is deemed to have accepted the terms specified in this agreement and this agreement has entered into force. The agreement will automatically terminate and become void without the need for any warning upon termination of membership and/or upon the occurrence of any of the termination situations listed in this agreement.
